I have arrived in Nashville, yeehaw! It feels very strange to be back in the
same hotel rooms driving in the same van but without the same people. I do have one fellow cast member from the last cruise, Jonathan, but it doesn’t feel the same as when there was 11 of us staying here. My roommate isn’t joining us until next week so for now I have the place to myself. I knew I was on my way to Nashville when the flight attendant informed us there might be some “turb-ah-lance.” Her first announcement sounded something like, “If you’re seated in an exit row you must be at least 15 years old, must be able to stay calm and not be easily dis…” Then she didn’t say anything for a minute while she did something else and then came back to say, “um, must not be easily, um, distracted.” I guess I was the only one who found this funny because when I laughed out loud my neighbor just stared up at me from his book. “Enjoy your flight to…” Silence. “Haha, where? Oh, Nashville!” I knew I was in good hands. And so the adventure begins…
